What We Do
In South Africa, every deceased estate must be reported to the Master of the High Court, after which an executor is formally appointed through Letters of Executorship (or Letters of Authority for smaller estates).
Assetful Management assists with the full process, including:
- Reporting the estate to the Master’s Office
- Assisting with obtaining the Letters of Executorship
- Interpreting and executing the deceased’s valid will
- Identifying and valuing assets and liabilities
- Settling debts and estate expenses
- Managing communication with institutions (banks, insurers, investment providers)
- Preparing the Liquidation and Distribution Account
- Facilitating the distribution of assets to beneficiaries
